Elections Years 1-6

The election process for the Riverbridge School Council (Years 1-6) took place on Tuesday this week. Each child had the opportunity to vote for their class representative in the hall using a ballot paper. This is organised to give children a more realistic experience of voting.

We hope that this will teach them more about the importance of democracy and help prepare them for voting as an adult. The results were shared in today’s celebration assembly.
